RKB reports that the man allegedly exposed himself in communal areas of his apartment building on August 18 and September 4. During the August incident, he is also suspected of making sexually explicit remarks to a male neighbor in his 20s. The unemployed man had previously been arrested on suspicion of entering another resident&#8217;s balcony late on September 3.
