Mitsui Fudosan and Fukuoka Jisho are developing the Nishi Ward site formerly occupied by Marinoa City Fukuoka, which closed in 2024. A two-story outlet building will house clothing and other merchandise retailers. A four-story harbor building will include restaurants and a supermarket.
