To celebrate the opening, the store will host a <em>kagami biraki<\/em>: a traditional Japanese ceremony at which a cask of <em>sake<\/em> is opened and <em>sake<\/em> is passed out. So tourists who visit the store at 10:00 on Apr. 1 will be able to enjoy <em>sake<\/em> as well as duty-free shopping. As mentioned in our <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fukuoka-now.com\/en\/news\/new-duty-free-shop-to-open-in-fukuoka-mitsukoshi\/\" target=\"_blank\">previous post<\/a>, this will be the first airport-style duty-free shop in Kyushu. If you are within 30 days of your departure date, simply present your passport and boarding pass in order to shop duty-free and tax-free.
