The move, which is part of the City\u2019s efforts to standardize <em>yatai<\/em> operations, was made because the sidewalk was deemed too narrow at the old location.  (Rules dictate that <em>yatai<\/em> set up on sidewalks must leave a 2-meter-wide walking path for pedestrians.) The new location also has a public toilet as well as proper electricity and water and sewage hookups, installed at a cost \u00a517.5 million.
