Shops and restaurants across the city will be offering special discounts and even free gifts for foreign visitors, including 23 shops in Tenjin. Participating retailers and eateries will clearly display the campaign logo (a red lantern on which is written \u201cFukuoka Welcome Campaign\u201d) or the tax-free mark. The Fukuoka Welcome Sale Call Center will be open every day throughout the campaign to offer guidance for foreign tourists in ten different languages, including English, Korean, Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Russian, and Indonesian.
