The shop, which will be smaller than its suburban big box stores, will primarily target foreign tourists and offer a select range of cosmetics and foods. A company official said the opening of the small shop will be an \u201cexperiment\u201d for the company. The Tenjin shop is the latest in a series of  moves by Mr. Max to attract more business from tourists. This spring, the company began accepting \u201chouse cards\u201d\u2014credit cards that can only be used at member shops\u2014issued by Shinhan, Korea\u2019s largest credit card company.
