The mini-store, Ikea\u2019s first in Japan, will be about 1\/10 the size of the Fukuoka Shingu store. The shop will not have a large-scale showroom; rather, customers will be able to browse catalogs or the internet for items they want and submit their orders at the mini-store. The store, which will be Ikea\u2019s ninth in Japan, is scheduled to include a cafe where customers can enjoy light meals and coffee.
