The recipe was supervised by Kokin-chan, the popular Tenjin yatai that is said to be the origin of fried ramen. The noodles comes in two types: the \u00a5399 chilled version (which can be heated up in a microwave) and the \u00a5246 instant version (which can be made by adding hot water). Ra-Mugi was developed to create noodles that stay firm and don\u2019t get soggy.
