Onki is a buddhist ceremony that\u2019s only celebrated every 50 years, in memory of Rinzai and Hakuin, the two most influential monks in Japanese zen buddhism. The camp welcomes anyone to experience the life of a monk, eating shakuza (monk\u2019s breakfast) in the morning and practicing zazen throughout the day.
