The purpose of the legislation is to \u201cmake people think about the meaning and message of each holiday and to convey that meaning to our children\u201d. This year, the Onojo City and Kasaya Town adopted similar measures, but Sasaguri\u2019s ordinance is unique in that its purview extends to individual households.
