The cafe will open on Oct. 11 along with a national government Labor Consultation Center. The City will outsource the management of the cafe to Cafe Culture Club, Tsutaya\u2019s parent company and has budgeted \u00a535 million for outsourcing fees in fiscal 2014. A coordinator from Fukuoka-based investment company Dogan Inc. will be stationed at the new cafe to offer advice on startups and refer visitors to lawyers.
