With its value up 4.8% year-on-year, the most expensive address in Kyushu is now 2-5-17 Tenjin (Tenjin Platz), clocking it at \u00a53.5 million per square meter. The rise in land prices along Nishi-dori is attributed to the influx in big name stores, including Abercrombie and Fitch (2010), Forever 21 (2012) and AU Fukuoka, KDDI\u2019s first directly-managed outlet in Kyushu (2014).
