Aimed at promoting Fukuoka Prefecture\u2019s local foods and speciality goods, the event features 50 food booths offering everything from yakitori to sweets. There is also a special booth where you can taste various locally-made sake and soy sauce as well as tents sponsored by Kirin Beer and Saibu Gas. At 19:00 on 3\/21, there will be a dinner party at Nishitetsu Grand Hotel featuring a full course meal made from local ingredients by Michelin star chefs Uwe Opocensky, Executive Chef, Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong and Daniel Lopez, Oer\/Chef Restaurant \u201cKOKOTXA\u201d, Spain (Cost: \u00a520,000).
