A total of 15 foreigners who can sing Japanese-language songs will be chosen to take part in the show. From the 15 performing participants, 5 finalists will be chosen by the judging panel, with prizes including flights for two to China. Organizers are currently looking for amateur singers to join the contest, and participants receive \u00a51,000 transportation fee.
