UR is looking for companies to develop two multipurpose buildings in two zones on the northern end of the site which will house the Fukuoka City Children\u2019s Science Center and the Kyushu University Law School. JR Kyushu picked up application materials from UR on the day they were released, and the company says it plans to use experience gained from developing station buildings and from its MJR condo business to \u201ccreate new vitality\u201d in Ropponmatsu.
