Hisatsu Orange Railway, the third-sector company that operates trains between Yatsushiro, Kumamoto and Satsumasendai, Kagoshima, unveiled its new dining car, the Orange Caf\u00e9, to the press on Mar. 5. The \u201cmoving restaurant\u201d will make its first run on Mar. 24 and aims to attract passengers with the elegant interior and beautiful scenery along the route. The design was supervised by Eiji Mitooka, an industrial designer whose work includes the Kyushu Shinkansen and several other local JR trains in Kyushu. Meals in the 23-seat dining car will be provided by partner restaurants located along the line. <\/p>\n
