It was announced that Ikumi Yoshimatsu, winner of the Miss International 2012 beauty pageant will appear in the Tosu City parade on Dec. 1. Miss Yoshimatsu originally comes from Tosu, Saga Prefecture. She gained media attention when she won the title at this year\u2019s Miss International Beauty Pageant, held in Okinawa. The Miss International Beauty Pageant prides itself on having contestants who serve as \u2018Ambassadors of Peace and Beauty\u2019. The 25 year old beauty queen will be chauffeured along the parade course in an open car for 30 mins. The parade starts from Central Park on the west side of JR Tosu Station, proceeds down the Hon-tsuukin shopping district before ending at Honmachi intersection.
