The cafe, named \u201cGlobal Cafe Itokashi\u201d opens on Dec. 23, and will be open for service on the fourth Sunday of every month, coinciding with the shopping arcade\u2019s festival \u201cK tra Ichi\u201d. The cafe menu&#8217;s theme changes each month to showcase different countries\u2019 foods. You\u2019ll find light international meals and some Itoshima food too. There are plans to incorporate a language class into the cafe, to facilitate international exchange.
