The museum contains many original drawings and panels and thousands of mangas for visitors to read. Staff are dressed up as Maetel from \u2018Galaxy Express 999\u2019 to add to the atmosphere. Entry fees of \u00a5400 for adults, \u00a5200 for Junior and Senior High students and \u00a5100 for Elementary students apply, but yearly passes are also available. The museum is closed on Tuesdays.
