Xiaolongbao is the local specialty of the aspiring restaurateur Mr. Wu\u2019s hometown. The dumplings use 100% domestic pork, and the chef is certified by a dim sum exam offered only in China. Buy one for \u00a5120, four for \u00a5480, or six for \u00a5680 (incl. tax); take out is available for orders of over four buns. A word of advice: be careful when taking that first bite &#8211; the dumpling is filled with piping hot juices! The restaurant is on the first floor of Aeon Mall Fukuoka. Hours: 10:00~21:00.
