Although the number of foreign residents and tourists in Japan has increased in recent years, there have been many complaints that hospitals and doctors cannot provide assistance in foreign languages. Fukuoka Children\u2019s Hospital has been experiencing increasing pressure to provide greater assistance for foreigners, particularly given the increase in tourists visiting Fukuoka. The hospital now hopes to be able to provide safe medical treatment to foreigners.
