This includes Kyushu\u2019s first branch of Kua \u2018Aina, a Hawaiian gourmet burger restaurant, west Japan\u2019s first branch of Biodynamie, an Italian superfoods and organic wine restaurant which uses chemical-free vegetables, and Takara, a restaurant which carefully pairs Japanese food with sake.
