Usually there is a four-week waiting period whilst applications are considered, but for a limited time eligible applicants can submit a form and then use the image without having to wait for permission. Simply download and submit the form from the website, including a rough layout of the poster\/banner\/flyer\/etc. on which Kumamon will be used, and send this to the Kumamoto Brand Promotion Division (kumabura@pref.kumamoto.lg.jp). Within two weeks of the fundraising event finishing, the organizers must submit a report to the same address, providing the names of any donors and the destination of the funds raised. The image must be given the credit \u201c\u00a9\uff12\uff10\uff11\uff10\u718a\u672c\u770c\u304f\u307e\u30e2\u30f3#\u718a\u672c\u652f\u63f4\u201d. This is for a limited time only, and a formal announcement will be made on the website when the period ends.
