Facilities on the 4.1-hectare site located next to the Fukuoka City Children\u2019s Hospital will include high-rise condos for senior citizens, a supermarket and a bus depot. Nishitetsu also plans to build a community center where people of all ages can mingle and engage in cultural activities. The total cost of the project, including land acquisition, will be about \u00a525 billion, and the first phase of development will begin sometime in fiscal 2016.
