Fukuoka Tower will host a Halloween-themed illumination featuring bats, ghosts, jack-o-lanterns, witches and more! There are four different illuminations, and you\u2019ll be able to see all of them over a 35 minute period. The illumination takes place until Oct. 31 between 18:00 and 23:00.
