Both Zepp and United Cinema closed at the end of March 2016. The new commercial development is expected to open in 2018. Plans also include a large parking area for buses and taxis as well as residential apartments. Zepp is managed by a subsidiary company of Sony Music Entertainment <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">has<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0venues in Sapporo, Tokyo, Nagoya and Osaka. Zepp Fukuoka opened in June 1999.
