The condominium will become the tallest of its kind in Kyushu and is expected to be completed in February 2019. At present the tallest condominium in Kyushu is I Tower at 45 stories (149m). I Tower was completed this spring by Nishitetsu and is also located in Island City. Nishitetsu is planning to develop condominium from this December until 2020 in a 4.1 hectare area in Island City. The development project will cost around \u00a525 billion.
