This will be the first time it will be held in Fukuoka City. The course will start around Uminonakamichi Seaside Park and end near Shika Island. The race will be the \u201cStandard Distance\u201d of 51.5km (swimming 1.5km, bike 40km, running 10km) which is the same as Olympic triathlons. They are planning to have around 870 participants. Applications to join will be accepted from the public. Entry starts today at 20:00.
