Offering breakfast, lunch and dinner prepared by hotel chefs, The Market F opened this July inside the Grand Hyatt. Not only are the meals made with locally sourced ingredients, they are visually appealing as well: head chef Kenichi Goto oversees presentation. Try the grilled Hakata Wagyu fillet served with a side of grilled veggies and a port wine sauce flavored with Kyushu yuzu gosho<\/em> (citrus pepper). You can also enjoy a carpaccio of freshly caught fish with local herbs as well as Kyushu-grown pork and chicken. The focus on the local is not only evident, it\u2019s delicious.<\/p>\n
