Its trademark Nagasaki Champon comes loaded with 255 g of vegetables, but if you\u2019d like your daily allowance of 480 g of veggies in one go, try the whopping Yasai Tappuri Champon. Ringer Hut now offers My Champon, a new way to order a custom-made dish made from your choice of toppings, noodles, soups and sizes. The Fukuoka Hashimoto shop is just one of six shops nationwide to offer this new service. Here, you can mix and match 25 different toppings (\u00a554~ ea.) to create an innovative, original bowl of <em>champon<\/em>. It is also just the second shop in Japan to open up a Ringer Deli, which keeps nearly 20 kinds of Japanese, Western and Chinese veggies used in the restaurant&#8217;s dishes in stock at all times.
