The menu consists only of chef\u2019s courses that use seasonal ingredients from Fukuoka and the greater Kyushu area, and Fukuyama&#8217;s innovative techniques bring out the most of each ingredient for a unique and sensorially delightful experience. In 2016, it became the first restaurant in Kyushu named to the \u201cAsia&#8217;s 50 Best Restaurants list\u201d, and it made the ranking again in 2018.
