The main draw is the <em>inari sushi<\/em> rice stuffed in fried tofu. The shop makes four kinds, but the most popular <em>jitensha inari<\/em> uses seasoned vinegared rice with dried baby sardines, a specialty of Unzen in Nagasaki. The <em>inari<\/em> are made by hand every morning, but some days they sell out as early as 3 p.m. If you choose to eat in, you can also order a set with either green tea or <em>miso<\/em>
