Its tofu drinks include the signature soypresso, a rich combination of soy milk (made from Japanese soybeans grown by the owner\u2019s brother) and an original espresso blend supplied by a local coffee roaster, the soy milk gelato, and the soy frappe made with strawberries from Saga.
