There is no conveyor belt here, and the chefs, who are right in front of you, make <em>sushi<\/em> that starts from an unbelievable \u00a575 per piece. Even high-grade <em>sushi<\/em> like <em>otoro<\/em> (fatty tuna belly) and Seki brand mackerel are only \u00a5400 per piece. What\u2019s more, during lunchtime (11 am to 3 pm), you can order the special set which features eight pieces of <em>sushi<\/em>, one <em>sushi<\/em> roll and <em>miso<\/em> soup for just \u00a5580!  The Sushi Shogun stand-and-eat style hearkens back to when <em>sushi<\/em> originated in the Edo era as a kind of fast food.
