After honing his chops at an authentic burger shop, the owner opened Basket where his focus is on letting the flavor of the beef do the talking. The cozy shop only has nine seats, including a window seat that peers onto the bustling Yakuin Mutsukado intersection. At night, the Basket transforms into a standing bar where you can enjoy craft beer with your meal. The menu of authentic burgers and sandwiches includes the bacon cheeseburger (the bacon is homemade!), the Hawaiian burger, which comes with a thick slice of pineapple and original BBQ sauce, the grilled ham and cheese sandwich and the BLT.
