The carefully selected beans are roasted at the main shop in Minato. \u201cWe use siphons to bring out the characteristic flavors of each bean, from the standards to the unique varieties,\u201d says owner Kazutoshi Shirouzu. As for eats, try the made-to-order pancakes or the coffee jelly. At night, you can also enjoy homemade coffee <em>shochu<\/em>. Local artist Ken designed the carp and mermaid images that appear on the walls and also on the coffee mugs that are available for purchase.<\/p>\n<div class='photo-galleria'
