The sight of this two-story building with its spacious green yard and private sandy beach is a worthy visit on its own. On the ground floor, Tomoyuki Ishikawa makes custom frames for paintings, photographs, and whatever customers want, while on the second floor his wife cuts hair. Ishikawa\u2019s good sense doesn\u2019t end with his frames.
