<\/p>\nHawaii and Itoshima have several things in common: sandy beaches, surf, and a slower pace of life, and now there’s another.\u00a0 Huli Huli, a roasted chicken-style that can be found in restaurants and roadside huts all over Hawaii, is now available in Itoshima. At Itoshima Huli Huli, the small size chickens are grilled over a large charcoal bed on revolving spits; huli huli means to turn in Hawaiian, resulting in super-tender and moist meat. Complimenting the smokey roast, three sauces are on offer: Huli Huli Sauce (pineapple, orange, cinnamon, honey, etc.), Jerk Chicken Paste, and Herb Salt. Eat-in on the spacious covered terrace eat or order as take out for the hills or beaches of Itoshima. Itoshima Huli Huli Chicken opened on March 13, 2021, and we predict it’s going to be popular for a long time.<\/p>\n
