Owner Suzuki Makoto, who spent 26 years in the States and had a “food awakening,” brought his culinary mojo from Brooklyn and Tokyo straight to Itoshima. As he puts it, “Feeding people is like giving your friends a hug. It’s only natural to go all-in on additive-free and non-GMO.” Their handmade tortillas are jam-packed with spicy chicken or beef and drizzled with original sauces. The menu might scream “fast food,” but everything’s made fresh to order.<\/p>\n

If you’re not in the taco mood, go for their 100% Kumamoto Aso red beef burgers, available in 150g, 300g, and 500g sizes. These beauties come slathered in a unique homemade sauce made of fermented apples and soy sauce, served up sizzling on a hot plate.<\/p>\n
