Just one month has passed since Nicolas and Rikard opened the doors to their cafe on Keyaki-dori. Nicolas, from France, is in charge of the coffee, drinks, and servicing customers at the counter and tables. Meanwhile, Rikard, from Sweden is busy in the kitchen preparing lunches, desserts and light dishes. The cafe is open between 10am and 7pm every day except Monday. For lunch you can choose between the daily lunch or quiche. Everything is handmade including the desserts. Nicolas takes his coffee very seriously. Each cup, from espresso to drip and latte begins with manually ground beans. It takes more time, but nobody here is in a rush and the guys are always happy to chat with their customers in French, English, Japanese or Swedish! Naturally they also serve wine and other alcohol and the happy hour offers \u00a5100 off all drinks. <\/p>\n
