Pound cake rusk and baumkuchen, two signature cakes, are sold in the new 1F sweets store, while the 2F cafe serves baumkuchen french toast, with local \u201camaou\u201d strawberry jam or sweet summer orange jam. Hiyoko President Atsuko Ishizaka says that the company prefers to use local produce in their confectionary.
