They now operate a daily flight carrying an ever increasing number of Japanese tourists to Thailand and points beyond. Also in 1982 the Tourism Authority of Thailand opened an office here in Fukuoka to promote tourism in Thailand. Tonight both offices celebrated their 20th anniversary in Fukuoka with officials from their respective head offices and local dignitaries in attendance, including Fukuoka Mayor Takashima. Miss Thailand, who participated recently in Fukuoka\u2019s Dontaku Festival was also there.
