His father played guitar and his brother, trumpet; Warren plays both\u2014and he sings, too! He&#8217;s the lead singer of the local band Cut Flowers, and a popular performer at weddings. He&#8217;s also the organizer behind &#8220;The Basement&#8221;, a monthly showcase of local international musical talent held on the last Tuesday of each month at Early Believers. It&#8217;s a great venue for musicians to meet each other and for live music fans to catch a variety of acts. Warren, Jon Wilks and Dave Borgeson have created a record label, Afronaut Records, and have just released the debut album of Nanbanjin, an international band from Oita.
