This is the cafe&#8217;s second shop in Japan, following the opening of its shop in Harajuku, Tokyo. Sulbing mainly serves shaved ice, and the most popular flavour is \u201c<em>kinako mochi<\/em>\u201d, which combines <em>kinako<\/em>, sliced almonds and <em>mochi<\/em> (rice flour cake) on top of the shaved ice. Also recommended is the \u201cAmaou cake\u201d, made from Fukuokan Amaou strawberries and only served in Japan. The cake is limited to only 10 servings a day between 2\/3 ~ 2\/10. Originally from Busan, Korea, Sulbing Tenjin can be directly accessed from Tenjin Chikagai.
