These are the Lebanese Meatballs – and they are as delicious as they look! Pour on some yogurt sauce and enjoy!

Shish taouk (grilled chicken skewers) – a new twist for fans of yakitori!

Another classic dish and perfect in the hot summer, baba ganoush.

Plumb and tender fried fish with lemon and garlic sauce.

This is just one of three plates of desserts that we polished off. Pictured here is Ma Amoul, Baklava, aromatic rose Mehalabiya and more.

This was particularly fun. Add favorite sauce on top of freshly made Arabian crepe with dates. Definitely only available here at the Hilton!
