On Hakataza’s huge stage 17 geisha dance, sing, and play the shamisen (a banjo-like instrument) to traditional songs “Shiki no hana”, “Umegoyomi” and more. Their most popular number “Iwaimedeta”, Hakata’s traditional song of celebration, is a must see.
