When she was a university student in Los Angeles, she worked part-time at a famous Japanese restaurant, frequented by Hollywood stars. 生まれは広島、育ちは韓国ソウル。その後カリフォルニアに留学し、日本語、韓国語、英語を自由自在に使いこなすヒキはまさにマルチな国際人と言えるだろう。ヨガとの出会いはUCLAに留学していた頃。ハリウッドスター御用達の有名レストランでバイトしていた頃、そこに来るスター客たちがヨガのことについて熱く語っているのをたびたび耳にしていた。「そんなにスターたちがハマっているものならば、私もトライしてみたい！」と一度受けたレッスンをきっかけにどんどんとヨガの魅力にハマっていく。それ以来、日本、インド、アメリカでヨガを勉強し、ついにはインストラクターの資格もゲット。最近では、薬院の浄水通りにお洒落でラグジュアリーなヨガスタジオ「Yoga Breeze」をオープンした。本格的なヒキ流ヨガにトライしたい人は、521-7221まで。
