\u2018Run Melos\u2019 is based on a short-novel by Osamasu Dazai and is about a young man who stands up for friendship and justice against a tyrant. \u2018Run Melos\u2019 will be performed in Minami Civic Center in Fukuoka before travelling to the Small Theatre Big Drama Asia Dialogue Festival (STBD 2013) in Hong Kong. The play will be performed in Japanese with Chinese subtitles. As a FFAC produced production, the play was created by a Fukuoka and Kyushu based performance and production team. Director Erica Yamada\u2019s style is quirky and engaging so, even if you\u2019re only an elementary Japanese speaker, you\u2019re bound to follow at least a little of what\u2019s going on.
