Where to Get Certificates
If you need a Certificate of Residence or a Seal Registration Certificate and can’t get to a Ward Office, you can stop by the Certificate Service Counter at the Information Plaza on the 1st floor of City Hall (092-733-5222) or the one located next to the Subway Customer Service Counter in Hakata Station (092-432-5353). Please recycle your glass bottles and jars using the designated yellow bags or take them to a recycling center.
