Fukuoka City has announced that they will sell off the management rights for the former Takamiya Kajima Residence. The venue will reopen as a cultural exchange facility for tourists. The new development will include space for functions and events. Construction work is scheduled to start in April 2019, with the aim of opening to the public two years later.
